losing weight is really common sense

There are so many weight loss diets, products, therapies and cosmetic surgeries.  There is not a day that goes by that we don’t read something on the internet.  – the newest only weight loss therapy that works.

and one more thing, stay away from those grains,  rice, wheat, millet, rye, oats and spelt.  Low fat and no sugars.  Avoid alcohol, fruit juices and any candies.  They will prevent you form losing the weight you desire.   

Take a digestive enzyme with meals, it will support eating less food and reducing craving.
