NutriSol- sensitive ingredients for BioSET patients

NutriSol, a product produced by Empire Health and endorsed by Enzymes Inc, may  be highly sensitive to patients  who seek out BioSET practitioners.  I therefore do not endorse this product and  am no longer involved with either of these two companies.  They previously produced enzymes for Dr. Cutler.

More will follow relative to this product.  And it is an animal based enzyme.  Those who know my work and have read my books and see BioSET practitioners for their health care do know my enzymes are strictly vegetarian and some now have the  kosher seal.

Again more to follow relative the ingredients in this product producing sensitivities !!

Inflammation and Pain

At the Anaheim natural products show which I attended all weekend, the one question that arose often, was "Is there anything for inflammation and Pain"

yes there is protease is the best antiinflammatory and has no side effects. -good for any age and does not conflict with medication. and bromelain and amylase are helpful as well.  -bromelain is good for dysmenorrhea and soft tissue problems and is good to take with amylase.

And inflammation is also involved with arterial integrity- which can prevent hypertension. and help prevent heart disease.

And why take OVC antacids-  there is a gastric ease that is far superior and instant results- which also resolve the problems often permanently,  rather than temporary fix the problem.

Also take an enzyme with an herb and the results are immediate - female premenstraul syndrome - menopause as well as mood swings.  They are perfect carriers and delivery system for herbs, food, nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

There is nothing as natural and safe and effective.  As you can see they call me the enzyme empress.

Forgive me for going on with enzymes, but I just came from the big expo and i am still pumped.  This can change your life around in many ways and certainly change your health.

Weight problems and food craving are also corrected with enzymes.

But try it for inflammation- you will be pleasantly surprised.  Picture 0021.jpg

Keep weight off with veggie diet.

I was so happy to read today about an article in Reuters health stating that vegetarian diets help keep weight off.  I am a vegen, actually a raw fooder, and I really am not riteous about others eating animal protein.  I feel it is everyone’s own decision.  Although I have recommended eating raw food for 10 days for taking off weight,

I had to write about this article.  I love vegen eating.  It is clean, safe (considering mad cow disease popping up) and very satisfying.  Wouldn’t you rather have a beautiful salad with tomatoes and cauliflower fresh and alive as opposed to a cooked animal part.  It sounds harsh, but sometimes I can’t help myself.   Anyway,  this article studied the eating habits of 22,000 people over five years, including meat eaters and vegetarians.  They found that they all gained a little bit, but the meat eaters who changed to a vegetarian or vegan diet gained the least.  And the weight gain was less in the vegans or in people who changed their diet to eat fewer animal products.  Exercise was also an important factor in controlling the weight.

Try this spring a vegan diet for 2 - 3 weeks, I am sure you will see a noticeable difference in your health and maybe can lose a few pounds.  Remember to take your enzyme before meals. - helps absorption and reduces gas and bloating from veggies.

Smoking and teens

My mother died of lung cancer at age 60.  she should be still living right now.  I realize that lung cancer can occur in those that never smoked, but we know for sure that smoking causes lung cancer and vascular problems as well as other respiratory diseases.  it is a horrible habit.  I have such a hard time seeing high school teens smoking.  My daughter is in highschool so it hits home.  I did some training in a vascular surgeon’s office, and was aghast at the amount of young adults who smoke and who are faced with some life threating diseases because of this addiction.  I said and still feel that it would be great for young people to spend one day in a vascular surgeon’s office, and experience the devastation induced by smoking 5 plus years.   I saw gangrene in the toes of a 32 year old woman; severe diabetic ulcers that would not heal due to smoking; and of course major cardiovascular problems as a result.

Please don’t smoke.  Please never start.  Each time you pick up a cigarette, you reduce your life span and your risk a major disease.

Take on a healthy life style, work out, eat salads, drink blended healthy juice drinks and take your digestive enzyme.  This will prolong your life and you won’t smell of smoke and nicotine.  Tell all your friends.  let me know if i can help you with any questions.

Inflammation and diet

DrE-clinic.jpg

When I was younger and  practicing as a chiropractor I herniated my L4 -5 disc and became unable to practice chiropractic manipulation again.  It was very hard, and debilitating.   I had surgery for my disc, but unfortunately the surgery was not successful.  I experience leg pain almost every day.  Honestly the only thing that saved me was my diet, enzymes and exercise every day.  Standing and sitting for too long was always pro-inflammatory.  I bring this up, because I remember experimenting with different foods to reduce inflammation.  The most remarkable change in pain and stiffness  was the complete avoidance of sugars, starches and grains.  It was almost immediate.  The chronic inflammation was 75 % less.  So therefore my outlook  on grains emerged.  And I began to study and research the not so healthy aspect of grains.

Today I came across an article about Mediterranean diet having anti-inflammatory effects.  It seems like sticking to a Meditarranean diet high in fruits, and vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, meat and meat products, fish, a and low in saturated fats, lowers levels of inflammation in the elderly, as reflected by lower levles of a metabolite called C-reactive protein (CRP) - this is a marker of inflammation.  This diet also contributes to prevention of heart disease.  So kill two birds with one stone.  And you may also loose weight as well.  I bet the  antioxidants in these foods is probably the reason.

Well add a digestive enzyme to you food.  people with inflammation may do better with the protein/fat digestive enzyme and definitely protease.  These are very effective.

Food labeling

Food additives can be a huge offender for the food allergy sufferer.  If you are not allergic to the food itself, you may be allergic to a food coloring, preservative, or other additive.  For example, additives such as MSG, a common flavor enhancer, and BHT and BHA, which are preservatives, an cause a serious reaction in asthmatics.  Food dyes such as tartrazine, which is found in FD&C Yellow no. 5, the most common artifiical food coloring, can cause hives, hyperactivity, behavioral problems, and exzema as can other food addtivies such as sodium benzoate and sulfur dioxide.

Many food additives and artificial colors are made from coal tar or petroleum.  Many fruits such as oranges, bananas, pears, peaches, and tomatoes are picked before they are ripe and gassed with ethylene, a petroleum-based chemical that hastens ripening.  If you are allergic to petroleum in the air, you are likely going to react to the foods containing this chemical.

Food labeling is much less complete than allergy sufferers. And this is where those with food allergies can run into a problem.  I have come across an increase in those children with severe food allergies (peanut, shellfish, milk, eggs, soy) in which there is a near fatal reaction- requiring emergency care with a epinephrine pen and/or hospitalization.  It is very frightening for the child and the parent.  And completely nerve wracking that the labeling of foods is not an exact science-can you imagine being a parent - you are fearful of your child growing on their own with the possible exposure to one of these allergens.  What if peanut oil is not stated on the label of an energy bar, or used in restaurant.  It can go on and on.  I had a patient many years ago that could not be in the same room with someone who just ate something with peanuts.  This person today brought in some chocolates that if you read the fine print mentioned this product could have soy, or/casein (milk protein).  And even the multi-vitamin,mineral could have traces of allergens.  The lack of proper labeling can be a nightmare for many.  What is one to do?  Read labels  please!! eat more fresh foods and less packaged and less dining out.  Prepare your food.  Some allergens can be cleared with BioSET.  But definitely not the severe allergens.  They are out of the realm of BioSET and energy medicine.

What is it to be healthy?

Everyday I hear people discuss their dis-ease.  Common symptoms consistently arise when I hear them inititally discuss their own conditiion.  The first symptom is fatigue.   And then I  chronicle and explain other symptoms.  Other common symptoms are bloating, gas, irritable bowel and skin eczema and of course weight !!!

This is how it all begins and I just sit and listen.  The most important element of a good doctor patient relationship is to listen to the patient.  I don’t interrupt until they are finished talking.  This may take 2 minutes or 20 minutes.  I don’t interrup and I don’t speak until they are completely finished talking about themselves.  Afterward they feel much better and more refreshed and able to begin the healing.  When I teach my interns, they hear me say this to them- listening is the key to a good solid relationship between doctor and patient.   Of course,  this can’t hurt in all relationships.  right?  I am completely there with them, no interruptions, no phone calls or knocks on the door.   And after they are completely done, I begin to talk about what I do and explain to them that BioSET does not treat the disease or the lab sheet, we treat the person.  And every person even if they were diagnosed with collitis is treated as an individual based on the evaluation and what they need to heal.

But healing is about the realization of consciousness and supreme wisdom.  When you are able to walk in this light, this manner,  free of yourself and your problems, free of the concerns and contraction, then you are healed or healing.  We can never find happiness when we are bouncing back and forth with all these emotions.  it is when you are grounded in unconditional love and light that teaches true happiness.

Grateful for what we have

Today was a day of remembering to be grateful, to be thankful and knowing we are blessed. It started with an early morning radio show in which for the first time in all my radio shows for PRof MicroMiracles released a couple of months ago- that the host asked me why I dedicated my book to the truth.

True health is the recognition and alignment with the truth, pure consciouness and unconditional love.  This is the true healing principle.  And eating well, with organic food and using enzymes for digestion can help your body with homeostasis.  When you are more balanced, you can realize and understand  this truth.  Balance brings consciousness and consciousness brings non attachment to the physical emotional ups and downs of our daily existance.  In every moment, there is conscious being.  All we need to do is surrender to it.    Surrender, let go, smile and feel love as often as you can every day.  A healthy lifestyle can support this highte truth.

Later on today, I met a woman who was close to my age, and mentioned she lost her husband to brain cancer within three months time.  She said her heart hurt very much.  But she was grateful for what they had together and for their daughter who will always be her memory of her husband.

This brings everything into perspective.

My signature:

1.  Eat one raw meal a day

2.  Eat more organic food every day

3.  Take you digestive enzyme to guarantee digestion and absorption of your nutrients

4.  Give three hugs each day

5.  Tell someone you love them every day

6.  Be grateful for what you have.  Feel how you are blessed.

health conscious

I am looking for other blogs related to natural health.  if you know of any, please email me drellencutler@bioset.net.  I would like to link to these and make recommendations, comments and share thoughts.

I work with restoring health naturally,  with diet, and enzymes and balanced life style.  There is not a day that goes by that I don’t throw up my arms in disbelief with how many chronic disorders are mishandled  and made worse by conventional medicine.  Isn’t this the alternative treatment.?  Whey do they call the natural approach alternative?.  I am in awe and it saddens me.  I was thinking today that if I had gone into the strickly conventional medicine modalities, I may not be here today writing this blog.  I would be on medications and who knows how sick I really would be.  I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when I was young and had so many food allergies.  i couldn’t really eat anything without feeling sick.  I was hopeless.  Natural medicine saved my life, enzymes in specific.  That is why I am such a proponent of enzymes for everyone.  It changed me around.  i never suffer digestive problems again.  And I live very naturally, organic raw food.  I exercise every day and meditate every day as well.  My life is about teliing the world –

START WITH NATURAL HEALTH CARE FIRST.  Diagnosis is good, and learning about your situation is key.  But why not try the most natural, and simple either first or also.

Good new years resolution, right?
