NutriSol- sensitive ingredients for BioSET patients

NutriSol, a product produced by Empire Health and endorsed by Enzymes Inc, may  be highly sensitive to patients  who seek out BioSET practitioners.  I therefore do not endorse this product and  am no longer involved with either of these two companies.  They previously produced enzymes for Dr. Cutler.

More will follow relative to this product.  And it is an animal based enzyme.  Those who know my work and have read my books and see BioSET practitioners for their health care do know my enzymes are strictly vegetarian and some now have the  kosher seal.

Again more to follow relative the ingredients in this product producing sensitivities !!

I am back. - writing about joint pain and fatigue

Many people experience joint pain and fatigue.  They can be young or old- no real difference. They may notice it is worse some days and better other days.  And perhaps when they are on vacation it is hardly recognizable.  Could it just be getting older, or can there be something systemic.

I have found that allergies or sensitivities can be the underlying trigger as well as one’s diet.  If you are one of those that suffers from one or both of these symptoms, dry eating less sugar (sometimes chronium picolinate can be helpful do ward off those sugar cravings) and definitely avoid the grains.  These include wheat, oats, millet, and even rice.  Try doing quinoa, and buckwheat.  They do not seem to promote inflammation.  The other grains and sugars often do.  You should expect to feel relief in ten days and I recommend introducing a digestive enzyme with meals for good digestion and a protease enzyme in between meals for reduction of inflammation.  There are also adrenal enzyme formulas for help with energy and stamina.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Poor digestion of foods and food allergies may be linked to IBS.  As we age, we become enzyme deficient and sugar intolerant.  Sugars are not just simple sugars, but they are also grains, dairy, fruit and even vegetables have natural sugars.  As you age, this intolerance may escalate and the bloating can turn into explosive bowel movements, urgency, cramping, and constant distrubing flatulence.  What can you do?  Enzymes are extremely effective and investigating your food sensitivities and clearing for them can be extremely effective.  Learn how to do this at home in The Food Allergy Cure.  It can turn your life around.  And you can enjoy eating and traveling much more.  This is not something you need to live with the rest of your life.

Asthma Risk and relationship to Fruit and Vitamin C

In an article written in the medical journal "Thorax" by Dr. N.J. Wareham et al of Medical Research Council in Cambridge, UK reveals that modification of diet can reduce onset of asthma.  It is reported that people who suffer with asthma tend to consume less fruits and have decreased intake of Vitamin C and manganese.  It was also reported that blood levels of vitamin C were lower in people with asthma than their healthy counterparts.

So eat your raw meal each day, take your enzymes for good absorption of vitamins and minerals  and eat more vitamin C foods.  I have seen vitamin C to be extremely good for asthma.  I have actually seen it stop wheezing associated with an episode of asthma almost immediately.

Keep Acne away

There are many advertisements on medications for acne.  And the side effects and risks are as numerous as the many different meds.

I have seen success with treating acne by recognizing food allergies.  The most common food allergies are clearly the dairy products.  Most regard allergy to dairy as causing bloating, and bowel irregularities.  But there are other reactions that are just as common.  And one of those is acne.  Often a digestive enzyme with dairy food can reduce the reaction, but avoidance or minimizing is usually most successful.  It can't hurt to try and the results speak for themselves

raw fooders and less sleep

It has often been said, that people who are raw fooders need less sleep than others that eat cooked food.  Perhaps this is true.  i was talking with someone tonight about this.  I have lived on the average of 5 hours of sleep for many years.  I truly can't imagine sleeping a whole 8 hours.  I always thought this was just my body type, and it actually may be exactly what it is, but on the other hand, it could very well be that I am one of those raw fooders.  Time will tell, when more people gravitate to that type of diet.

But it also may be eating less food.  I encourage eating less - take half of your meal and push it away.  It can affect your overall health, stamina and weight.  Enzymes can also help accomplish this.

Poison Oak

Today a young man, age 24 came to the BioSET clinic with a severe case of poison oak. He was completely covered with the rash.  He said " I am spreading this over my entire body"  I am sure most of you think that what he is saying is true, that you can continuously spread the rash.  But this is not true !!

Basically the rash doesn't appear until after the oil is absorbed into your skin.  Once you get the rash, you can't spread it around by scratching.  The reason most people think it will spread is because of secondary infection. You touch a poison oak plant, the oil is on your hands, you rub your face, and  it gets there. The oil is spread. After a bit of time, there isn't as much oil to spread around, so some parts are more heavily comtaminated than others.  And therefore the rash appears soon in some spots, and takes a couple of days to appear  in other spots. This gives the illusion that you've spread the rash by scratching or whatever. Just make sure you aren't getting a  brand-new infection from your clothing. Whenever you go hiking, as soon as ]you get home put all my clothes, shoes, everything in a bag, and wash it all.  You  can avoid poison oak through extreme precaustion.  And remember the dogs may be carrying the oil on their hair or body.  Read more about poison oak, and become informed.  paranoa with poison oak  is good.

BioSET does clear poison oak in most cases with one clearing.  And there are a few enzymes that BioSET practitioners recommend immediately to  reduce the inflammation. MicroMiracles has some good suggestions of these enzymes   Have these enzymes on hand.

Sensitive to fiber

As you all know, i am a real advocate of digestive enzymes.  In fact i would never leave home without them, not eat a meal without taking this micromiracles.  But occasionally some people who are sensitive to fiber may get a little bloated with the capsule of a vegetarian enzyme.  So what I have discovered, and exciting,is to open the capsule up and sprinkle it on your food and put in water and drink it right before you eat.  The bloating you may have experienced will be gone.  Eventually you may be able to take the enzyme in the capsule, but for now this is an alternative.  By the way it doesn't taste badly at all.

Do you feel achy in the morning- it isn’t only arthritis

Many people especially over the age of 45 complain of achy joints, some when they awake in the morning, others throughout the day.  It can be annoying, and pose some limitations  in activity, depending of course the severity and how extensive it may be.

Now everyone has arthritis by the time  they are 55 years old.  Gravity in of of itself  is often the culprit.  But why do some people complain of pain and stiffness  and others never do.  It is all about INFLAMMATION.  Those individuals who have pain are suffering from inflammation which is usually systemic.  I have written about this in most of my books, but inflammation is a result of something going haywire with the immune system and it starts attacking our own joint tissue with immune mediators and white blood cells and granular tissue.  This results in swelling, redness, edema and pain.  Why does the immune system do this.  I believe a huge part of it is food allergies, resulting from undigested food, poor food choices (especially sugar, grains, salt, alcohol, sodas).  Diet is key.

More raw food is helpful

Eat less red meat, and remember to take a digestive enzyme w/ animal protein.

take a digestive enzyme everytime you eat to reduce food sensitivities.

take protease - anti-inflammatory.

Eat one raw meal a day.

Plan a detox program.  I am doing one right now.  And I can post this detox diet for everyone.  Really helpful.

CUT OUT THE GRAINS AND SUGARS AND DIET SODAS.

Inflammation and Pain

At the Anaheim natural products show which I attended all weekend, the one question that arose often, was "Is there anything for inflammation and Pain"

yes there is protease is the best antiinflammatory and has no side effects. -good for any age and does not conflict with medication. and bromelain and amylase are helpful as well.  -bromelain is good for dysmenorrhea and soft tissue problems and is good to take with amylase.

And inflammation is also involved with arterial integrity- which can prevent hypertension. and help prevent heart disease.

And why take OVC antacids-  there is a gastric ease that is far superior and instant results- which also resolve the problems often permanently,  rather than temporary fix the problem.

Also take an enzyme with an herb and the results are immediate - female premenstraul syndrome - menopause as well as mood swings.  They are perfect carriers and delivery system for herbs, food, nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

There is nothing as natural and safe and effective.  As you can see they call me the enzyme empress.

Forgive me for going on with enzymes, but I just came from the big expo and i am still pumped.  This can change your life around in many ways and certainly change your health.

Weight problems and food craving are also corrected with enzymes.

But try it for inflammation- you will be pleasantly surprised.  Picture 0021.jpg
