NutriSol- sensitive ingredients for BioSET patients
NutriSol, a product produced by Empire Health and endorsed by Enzymes Inc, may be highly sensitive to patients who seek out BioSET practitioners. I therefore do not endorse this product and am no longer involved with either of these two companies. They previously produced enzymes for Dr. Cutler.
More will follow relative to this product. And it is an animal based enzyme. Those who know my work and have read my books and see BioSET practitioners for their health care do know my enzymes are strictly vegetarian and some now have the kosher seal.
Again more to follow relative the ingredients in this product producing sensitivities !!

New book published on asthma and allergies
My new book, Live free From Asthma and Allergies has just been published by Ten Speed Press and will be available in bookstores this month. This book is an updated revision of my first book, Winning the War Against Asthma and Allergies, which is out of print.
Live Free From Asthma and Allergies offers individuals who suffer with asthma and sinusitis and allergies some complementary techniques for evaluating their hidden sensitivities whether food or environmental, as well as offering ways to overcome these sensitivities or be able to more tolerate them. This book can shed some light on this condition, and check out the expanding resource/appendix and testimonials.
Live Free From Asthma and Allergies can help those who suffer better understand their condition and perhaps help one to resolve some sensitivities on their own.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Poor digestion of foods and food allergies may be linked to IBS. As we age, we become enzyme deficient and sugar intolerant. Sugars are not just simple sugars, but they are also grains, dairy, fruit and even vegetables have natural sugars. As you age, this intolerance may escalate and the bloating can turn into explosive bowel movements, urgency, cramping, and constant distrubing flatulence. What can you do? Enzymes are extremely effective and investigating your food sensitivities and clearing for them can be extremely effective. Learn how to do this at home in The Food Allergy Cure. It can turn your life around. And you can enjoy eating and traveling much more. This is not something you need to live with the rest of your life.

Allergies and reprograming
Some allergies, those that give us some slight or moderate reactions may be reversed by reprograming your behavior. You have been reacting to certain foods or pollens or even cats the same way for a period of time. What if a new behavior was learned that was not that same reaction. Perhaps biofeedback can help, or a supplement taken at that time that let's you know what a normal relationship is to these items. If you knew how to do this and it involved certain nutients, and balancing treatments, you may be very open to this form of therapy. Well that is what BioSET is about and why it can help with allergies, pain, chronic disorders. It may help through nutrition, detoxification, diet and an ability to change your behavior. We have incredible results, and quickly.

Poison Oak
Today a young man, age 24 came to the BioSET clinic with a severe case of poison oak. He was completely covered with the rash. He said " I am spreading this over my entire body" I am sure most of you think that what he is saying is true, that you can continuously spread the rash. But this is not true !!
Basically the rash doesn't appear until after the oil is absorbed into your skin. Once you get the rash, you can't spread it around by scratching. The reason most people think it will spread is because of secondary infection. You touch a poison oak plant, the oil is on your hands, you rub your face, and it gets there. The oil is spread. After a bit of time, there isn't as much oil to spread around, so some parts are more heavily comtaminated than others. And therefore the rash appears soon in some spots, and takes a couple of days to appear in other spots. This gives the illusion that you've spread the rash by scratching or whatever. Just make sure you aren't getting a brand-new infection from your clothing. Whenever you go hiking, as soon as ]you get home put all my clothes, shoes, everything in a bag, and wash it all. You can avoid poison oak through extreme precaustion. And remember the dogs may be carrying the oil on their hair or body. Read more about poison oak, and become informed. paranoa with poison oak is good.
BioSET does clear poison oak in most cases with one clearing. And there are a few enzymes that BioSET practitioners recommend immediately to reduce the inflammation. MicroMiracles has some good suggestions of these enzymes Have these enzymes on hand.

Rise of allergies worldwide.
It appears that allergic disease is an important issue worldwide. The incidence of allergies is rising and they present in different ways such as sinusitis and ear infections ,asthma, headaches, food allergies, skin allergies such as eczema, and hives. The increasing incidence of allergies and asthma has not been completely explained but may be due to many factors. Factors contributing to the increasing asthma prevalence may include home and office construction and resulting allergen exposures, as well as poor digestion, food allergies, poor food choices, and increasing obesity and, outdoor and indoor air quality. I believe the health care providers need to look into lifestyle changes to change the trend of the increasing occurence of allergies. People are frustrated with the treatment options for allergies and asthma. The results are poor, they are temporary and the side effects are more than one can bare. Let's finally turn the attention to common sense life style changes. It is easy, fun and you have one side effect- FEELING GOOD !! AND NO MORE ALLERGIES !!See treatment of allergies and asthma

Allergies and the natural way
I just finished listening to a segment on allergies on a national TV morning show. It is time that the natural way to prevent and treat allergies are supported and publicized. I have been listening year after year from so called experts in this area of allergies, about their nebulous understanding and ineffective treatments for allergies. There is a natural approach that natural doctors all over the world know about and recommend. These natural approaches do not cause side effects, such as drowsiness, fatigue, lack of focus and poor attention for work and school activities. I know for a fact that just taking a digestive enzyme will reduce allergies, and reducing sugar intake will add to the beneficial effects. This will prevent the allergy symptoms and work to reduce them during allergy season. It is time that people know and hear about this. And I also have BioSET that works with those stubborn allergies, -natural, non invasive allergy elimination. I hope more people can learn and hear this.

Do you feel achy in the morning- it isn’t only arthritis
Many people especially over the age of 45 complain of achy joints, some when they awake in the morning, others throughout the day. It can be annoying, and pose some limitations in activity, depending of course the severity and how extensive it may be.
Now everyone has arthritis by the time they are 55 years old. Gravity in of of itself is often the culprit. But why do some people complain of pain and stiffness and others never do. It is all about INFLAMMATION. Those individuals who have pain are suffering from inflammation which is usually systemic. I have written about this in most of my books, but inflammation is a result of something going haywire with the immune system and it starts attacking our own joint tissue with immune mediators and white blood cells and granular tissue. This results in swelling, redness, edema and pain. Why does the immune system do this. I believe a huge part of it is food allergies, resulting from undigested food, poor food choices (especially sugar, grains, salt, alcohol, sodas). Diet is key.
More raw food is helpful
Eat less red meat, and remember to take a digestive enzyme w/ animal protein.
take a digestive enzyme everytime you eat to reduce food sensitivities.
take protease - anti-inflammatory.
Eat one raw meal a day.
Plan a detox program. I am doing one right now. And I can post this detox diet for everyone. Really helpful.
CUT OUT THE GRAINS AND SUGARS AND DIET SODAS.

Spring equinox and hay fever allergies - bless you
Are you one of those millions who dread the springtime due to the hay fever allergies. Grasses are here now, as well as trees and flower pollen. I feel like a commercial but there is clearly a natural answer to this and take this advice, so you can enjoy springtime and the outdoors.
- Avoid eating sugars, which includes grains such as rice, wheat, barley, millet, oats and avoid eating dairy products. Of course if you have read my previous blogs, you know that I don’t recommend these foods anytime, especially the grains. But particularly if you want to enjoy the spring, this is my recommendation. Eating sugar compromises the immune system, the adrenals (which produces cortisol-natural antiinflammatory ) and depletes certain minerals which are essetial to combat these allergy symptoms.
- Take a digestive enzyme before each meal, in fact double the amount during heavy pollen season. This adequate digestion reduces stress on the body and it can prevent allergy reactions. It is quite effective.
- Eat less food at a sitting and avoid alcohol, caffeine and lots of salt.
- If the allergies are still a problem, learn about desensitization of pollens and related allergies.

7 POINTS TO AVOID GETTING BLOATED
If you are one of those unfortunate people that get bloated each and ever day, then you must discover what you can do to prevent this.
1. Take a digestive enzyme before each meal.
2. Take a probiotic in between meals
3. Eat less food at each meal (this is probably the most important)
4. Get into the habit of watching what you are combining. Avoid combining fruit with protein, and vegetable with fruit. Although taking a digestive enzyme before the meal can make food combining a bit less problematic
5. Take a fiber digestive enzyme after the meal when you eat beans and salads.\
6. do not drink fluids w/ meal. Drink a cup of water before eating. This will help you not be thirsty during the meal and avoid overeating.
7. DO NOT DISCUSS STRESSFUL SUBJECTS DURING A MEAL. Especially as parents, don’t bring up difficult issues, homework, tests etc during a meal. This can create bloating and allergies.
Good suggestions.
