Keep Acne away

There are many advertisements on medications for acne. And the side effects and risks are as numerous as the many different meds.
I have seen success with treating acne by recognizing food allergies. The most common food allergies are clearly the dairy products. Most regard allergy to dairy as causing bloating, and bowel irregularities. But there are other reactions that are just as common. And one of those is acne. Often a digestive enzyme with dairy food can reduce the reaction, but avoidance or minimizing is usually most successful. It can't hurt to try and the results speak for themselves

Should Acne just be left alone?
Will it will go away by itself?
No, definitely not.
The truth is acne can be effectively treated. Some Acne Medication Systems on the market, will make your skin appear calmer, smoother, and less oily. After a few weeks, you’ll see an overall improvement in skin clarity, texture, and breakout frequency. After four weeks, your skin will become more radiant, and evenly toned as breakouts diminish.
